Holocaust Remembrance Day is celebrated today in many parts of the world. As I scour the internet, I found many news about Holocaust Remembrance Day and can not help to feel some pain in my guts. This pain came from feeling sorry for all the victim of Holocaust, thus in the end I spontaneously celebrate Holocaust Remembrance Day.

According to wikipedia, in the US holocaust remembrance day was established by Congress as the period for remembrance programs and ceremonies, with the participation of States, Cities, and military ships and stations. The annual National Civic Commemoration is held in the Capitol Rotunda. The US Holocaust Memorial Museum provides support materials linked to an annual theme. The Department of Defense produced a resource guide for military programs.

Earth day is coming in the few days. Nowadays the campaign of earth day or other green campaign really spread out. It is unthinkable that few years ago, the concept of go green campaign, like earth hour and now earth day can become important aspect in everybody life. Nowadays, it is easy to make everyone partcipate in earth day, unlike few years back. I hope this movement of earth day will not just become a temporarily fashion statement.

According to wikipedia, Earth Day is planned for April 22 in all years at least through 2015. For those who do not know it yet, Earth Day is a day early each year on which events are held worldwide to increase awareness and appreciation of the Earth’s natural environment. Now, Earth Day is coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network, and is celebrated in more than more than 170 countries every year. The United Nations designated April 22 International Mother Earth Day in 2009.

NFL Draft 2012 soon begin. For die hard fans, myabe there is no other activities other than try to predict the favorite players to be pick by their adore club. This actvities can go on forrever, and that is the reason why internet these days so full with NFL draft 2012 made by fans and analysis.

For those who do not know it, this year 77th annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises, the NFL Draft 2012, will select newly eligible football players for 2012 season. The draft, which is officially called the “NFL Player Selection Meeting”, will be held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on April 26–28, 2012. Tupac Shakur becomes a net sensations. No wonder that Tupac Shakur managed to become high profile celebrity even after his death 15 years a ago. On the latest event, on the famous Coachella Tupac Shakur made his debut after 15 years of hiatus. And boy, the crowd welcome him like crazy.

For those who do not know it yet, Tupac Shakur is born as Tupac Amaru Shakur (June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996), known by his stage names 2Pac, Pac, and Makaveli. Tupac Shakur was an American rapper and actor. Shakur has sold over 75 million albums worldwide as of 2007, making him one of the best-selling music artists in the world. Rolling Stone Magazine named him the 86th Greatest Artist of All Time. Tupac Shakur was also an actor. The themes of most of Tupac’s songs are the violence and hardship in inner cities, racism, social problems, and conflicts with other rappers during the East Coast–West Coast hip hop rivalry. IRS or Internal Revenue Service maybe the most sought keyword on the internet today. It is due to IRS requires that on 17 Apr all American people to submit their tax form properly filled up. Sometimes I personally think that submitting IRS form for IRS or Internal revenue service yearly can be called as the biggest event for all American . Well it is quite mandatory in the US unlike other countries such as Indonesia.

For those who do not know it yet, The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is the revenue service of the United States federal government. The agency is a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, and is under the immediate direction of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue. The IRS is responsible for collecting taxes and the interpretation and enforcement of the Internal Revenue Code. It is has been reported by IRS that in 2011 alone, 234 million tax returns were filed allowing the IRS to collect $2.4 trillion out of which $384 billion were attributed to mistake or fraud

Hunger games news. To tell you frankly, I am not quite sure what is the real meaning of “hunger games” when I first read it. First of all, I thought “The Hunger Games” is something like reality TV series, maybe like “survivor”. But I am dead wrong.

Later on, I found out that The Hunger Games is actually a young adult novel written by Suzanne Collins. It is written in first person and introduces sixteen-year-old Katniss Everdeen, who lives in a post-apocalyptic world in the country of Panem where the countries of North America once existed. The Capitol, a highly advanced metropolis, holds absolute power over the rest of the nation. The Hunger Games are an annual event in which one boy and one girl aged 12 to 18 from each of the 12 districts surrounding the Capitol are selected by lottery to compete in a televised battle in which only one person can survive.

Cherry Blossom festival is about to begin. Once again, Washington DC has another tourist attraction, which not necessarily statues or monuments, Cherry Blossom Festival. This year, Cherry Blossom Festival is gain another milestone, the celebration of 100th arrival of Cherry plant to Washington DC.

According to Wikipedia, The National Cherry Blossom Festival is a spring celebration in Washington, D.C., commemorating the March 27, 1912, gift of Japanese cherry trees from Mayor Yukio Ozaki of Tokyo to the city of Washington. Mayor Ozaki donated the trees in an effort to enhance the growing friendship between the United States and Japan and also celebrate the continued close relationship between the two nations

It has been said that the movie Promotheus shall be the prequel of Ridley Scott legendary film, “Aliens”, but the director itself has said it many times that Promotheus shall be different.

But the things is, the result is on. Now you can see the real strength of any US presidential candidate. whether it is real or just result of media.

Big East tournament is on again and we can expect to see legendary matches here! As always, we are going to be entertained by the highest level of skills, atlethics, tactics and endurance from the finest player on the Big East Tournament.

For those of you who do not know it yet, the Big East Men’s Basketball Tournament is the conference championship tournament in men’s basketball for the Big East Conference. The winner receives the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship. Since 1983, the tournament has been held in Madison Square Garden, New York City, New York.
